1. Capital at risk
Trading and investing in digital assets, and in products linked to forex, derivatives, or commodities where those exposures arise through the markets you use, is high risk. Prices can rise or fall sharply in a short time. You can lose some or all of the money and assets you deposit, trade, or allocate.
Do not use funds you need for living expenses, debt payments, or savings you cannot afford to lose. You should take independent legal, tax, and financial advice if you are unsure whether these products are suitable for you.
2. Volatility, gaps, and liquidity
Digital-asset markets trade throughout the week and can move when you are not watching. A price can gap through a level you expected to use as protection. In a thin market there may not be enough opposing orders for your order to fill at the displayed price, or at all.
Slippage, partial fills, and temporary differences between venues are normal. A halt, outage, or congestion on a blockchain or at VAV can stop you from opening or closing a position at the moment you choose.
3. Leverage and derivatives
Futures and other leveraged products magnify both gains and losses. A small move against your position can wipe out the margin assigned to it and trigger liquidation. Liquidation prices are not guaranteed in a fast market.
Funding payments, fees, and the cost of keeping a position open can turn an otherwise profitable view into a loss. You should understand the contract shown on the trade screen before you use leverage.
4. Technology, custody, and transfers
The app, your device, your network, and public blockchains can fail, be attacked, or be delayed. Authentication tools can be lost. You are responsible for your password, authenticator app, and recovery codes.
A transfer to a wrong address or on a wrong network is usually irreversible. VAV does not control third-party wallets, banks, or blockchain miners and validators. Digital assets held for the service are not bank deposits and are not insured as bank deposits.
5. No guarantee of profit or protection
VAV LLC does not guarantee any profit, fixed income, or protection of capital. Past performance, back-tests, and examples are not a reliable guide to future results. Possible returns depend on market conditions, trading performance, liquidity, technology, and other risks.
AI signals, rankings, and plan illustrations are not a personal recommendation and are not a promise that a trade or plan will make money. You remain fully responsible for your own decision to participate.
6. Plans, referrals, and regulatory change
AI investments lock Spot funds for the plan term. If a commission earn cycle is capped, active AI investments may be cancelled without refund as disclosed in the app. Referral rewards are not guaranteed income and can change or be removed if activity does not qualify.
Laws that apply to digital assets, derivatives, and cross-border services can change. A product you use today may become restricted in your country. You are responsible for knowing whether you are allowed to use the service where you live.
