Is this website the trading app?
This site uses the same VAV account as the app. Log in, then place spot and futures orders here. Deposits, withdrawals, and KYC use the same account.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to Profile → Security → Identity Verification. You'll need a government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification typically takes 2-10 minutes.
What are the trading fees?
Spot taker fee: 0.1%. No deposit fees. Withdrawal fees vary by network.
How does the AI trading advisor work?
Signals are derived from live 24h price moves, volume, and your holdings. They are informational, not financial advice.
What is staking?
Staking lets you earn yield by locking assets. Products appear here when they are listed for your account.
How do I set price alerts?
Open any coin detail or Watchlist, then tap the bell to set a price level.
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select the asset, amount, and destination address. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent.
