1. Products in scope
These Trading Conditions apply to spot markets, futures markets, and related wallet movements offered in the VAV app. A market, contract, or order type can be added, paused, or removed. The conditions shown on the trade screen at the time you submit an order form part of these conditions.
Availability depends on your country, verification level, and risk limits. Nothing on a market screen is a commitment that the same product will remain open.
2. Orders and execution
You may submit only the order types the app offers for that market, such as market or limit orders when those controls are shown. An order is accepted only when the app confirms it. You are responsible for the asset, side, size, and price you enter.
Market orders can fill at a different price from the last traded price because of movement and available liquidity. Limit orders rest until they fill, you cancel them, or they expire under the rules of that screen. Partial fills are possible. We may reject or cancel an order that would breach a balance, position, price-band, or compliance limit.
3. Prices, spread, and fees
Prices shown in the app are indicative until an order is filled. The fill price is the price confirmed on the trade. A difference between the displayed price and the fill price is slippage, and it can be larger in fast or thin markets.
Standard trading fees are a maker fee of 0.1% and a taker fee of 0.15%, unless your account tier shows a different rate. Pro tier receives a 25% discount on those trading fees. Elite tier trading fees are 0%. Deposit, withdrawal, network, and plan fees shown in the app are charged separately. Fees can change with notice in the app and apply to orders placed after the change.
4. Margin, leverage, and liquidation
Futures positions use margin. The maximum leverage and the initial and maintenance margin are the figures shown for that contract. Leverage multiplies both gains and losses. You must keep enough margin in the futures wallet to support open positions.
If losses or fees reduce margin below the maintenance level, the position can be reduced or closed, including by liquidation, without a separate request from you. Liquidation can occur at a worse price than the mark price you last saw. Bankruptcy or residual loss on a liquidated position can consume the margin assigned to it. You should monitor positions yourself. We are not obliged to issue a margin call before closing risk.
5. Funding and market events
Perpetual or dated futures can include a funding payment between longs and shorts at the interval shown on the contract. Funding is debited or credited to the position wallet. The rate can change and can be large when the market is dislocated.
We may adjust, halt, or settle a market because of a trading halt on a reference venue, a fork, a contract expiry, an obvious price error, or a systems incident. Open orders in a halted market can be cancelled. A corporate or protocol event affecting an asset can result in a balance adjustment that we describe in the app when it happens.
6. Settlement and transfers
A filled spot trade updates the relevant wallet balances. Futures profit and loss is reflected in the futures wallet according to the contract rules. Internal transfers between your own wallets are subject to the limits and holds shown at the time.
Withdrawals and on-chain transfers can remain pending during a security or compliance review. You must check the asset network and destination address. Assets sent on the wrong network, or to an address you do not control, are generally not recoverable. Network fees are set by the chain and are not set by your trading-fee tier.
7. Plans and changes to these conditions
AI investments lock Spot funds for the stated plan term. Locked funds cannot be used for spot orders or withdrawal until the plan ends or is closed under its rules. If a commission earn cycle is capped, active AI investments may be cancelled without refund as disclosed in the app.
We may amend these Trading Conditions. The updated version applies to new orders and, where the law allows, to open positions after notice in the app. If you do not agree to a change, you should close positions and stop trading before it takes effect.
